  • Please note that only a few of our outside tables are covered and none are weatherproof. In the case of rain, your booking may be cancelled if we cannot accommodate you in the restaurant.

  • If you book a table inside the restaurant and decide you would like to sit in the garden, this can only be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • We no longer allow dogs in any of our dining areas.

  • Please note that our garden does not have level access.

  • GENERAL BOOKING INFO:

  • Your booking may not be confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email.
    If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or email the restaurant to confirm if it has gone through.

  • We are a limited-seat restaurant and are affected by late cancellations and no-shows, therefore have a £25 per person late cancellation/no show policy.
    Please read our cancellation policy under our FAQs below.

  • Table reservations are for a fixed time period between 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours, we kindly request that you take note of your allotted time and vacate your table at the agreed time.

  • Please call if you are running late, we will hold your reservations for up to 15 minutes.
    Late arrival may affect your seating time, especially on busy nights.

  • To cancel or amend an existing booking, please see your booking confirmation email or call us on 0117 973 1254.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are a small restaurant with high demand for tables and are affected by late cancellations and no-shows. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to make your booking, to please cancel at least 24 hours before.

    We secure all bookings with card details, which are stored securely.

    Parties that no show or cancel less than five hours prior to their booking will be charged £25 per person. However, we will try our best to avoid charges if we can re-book your slot.

    These charges are necessary for our business to ensure that we can provide stable pay to our staff and suppliers, as well as protect the business long term.

    For special events, please note that our terms may vary. Pre-paid events are NON REFUNDABLE.

  • Options for gluten free diners are available on our small plates menu. Small plate items can be made into a main if requested.

    At this time, there are no gluten free pasta dishes. If you are coeliac, please be advised that we use a lot of wheat flour in the kitchen as well as in the front of the restaurant.

  • No, unfortunately we have decided to no longer allow dogs in the restaurant.

  • We are a small restaurant so the maximum booking online is up to groups of 6.

    Due to demand we can only fit groups of up to six for evening service.

    If you are a group of 7 or more, please ring the restaurant and we can see if we can accommodate your group for a weekday lunch sitting.

  • You are able to purchase a gift card on our website and will be sent a digital card to forward to the recipient. The person redeeming the voucher will need to present it on arrival either on a device or as a print-out. You can also purchase a gift card at the restaurant, in person.

  • As a small independent business, we would prefer that you order from our offering.

    If you wish to bring a birthday cake we are happy to present and serve it for you at a charge of £5 per guest.
